This monocular, compound microscope is an excellent choice for educational use. This microscope offers advanced features at a reasonable price. Adjustable, LED illumination system. The coaxial focusing mechanism allows for simple fine and coarse adjustment. Rotating, disc type diaphragm with five sizes for adjusting light transmission . The 10x WF eyepiece features a pointer, and sits at 45 degrees on the 360 degree rotating monocular head - great for group laboratory use! Revolving nosepiece allows slides to be viewed through 4x, 10x & 40x objectives. The 9.5 x 9.5cm stage is equipped with stage clips to prevent slide movement, and a pre-set rack stop to prevent damage to objectives. Each microscope measures 30cm tall, 16.5cm long, and 15cm wide. Battery powered LED illumination requires 3 x AA batteries (not included). Includes a mains adaptor (CE marked). 2 year warranty.
