The 3× Life‑Size Eye Model is a highly detailed, hands‑on teaching aid designed to support the study of human eye anatomy in school science lessons. Suitable for KS3 and above, this carefully crafted model helps students visualise the internal structures of the eye and understand how they work together to enable vision.
This 7‑piece, hand‑painted model shows fine anatomical detail and can be dismantled to allow close examination of individual components. Removable parts include the upper half of the sclera with cornea and muscle attachments, both halves of the choroid with iris and retina, the lens, and the vitreous humour. The enlarged, three‑times‑life‑size design makes complex structures easy to observe and explain.
The model is supplied mounted on a stable base and is numbered with an accompanying key card to support clear identification of structures during lessons. Measuring approximately 12 × 12 × 17cm and weighing around 300g, it is ideal for classroom demonstrations and student observation.
This eye model is ideal for secondary school biology lessons, providing a clear and tactile way to explore the structure and function of the eye. It supports visual learners and helps bring abstract textbook diagrams to life.
Clear, accurate, and engaging, this 3× Life‑Size Eye Model is an excellent visual aid for helping students gain confidence and understanding in human biology and sensory systems.
