The Euromex EcoBlue Digital Microscope 1000x is a high‑quality, robust teaching microscope designed for modern science education. Combining precision optics with integrated digital imaging, it is ideal for school laboratories requiring both traditional microscope use and on‑screen observation. Its durable construction and intuitive controls make it particularly suitable for repeated classroom use.
The microscope features a secured wide‑field WF 10x/18 eyepiece with a fixed pointer and a digital microscope head incorporating a 1.3‑megapixel CMOS camera. The monocular head is inclined at 45° and rotates through 360°, allowing comfortable viewing and flexible positioning during lessons and demonstrations.
A precision quadruple nosepiece with ball‑bearing click stops supports four DIN achromatic, colour‑coded objectives (4×, 10×, 40× spring‑mounted, and 100× oil immersion), enabling magnifications up to 1000×. Fine and coarse focusing controls with 0.002mm graduations provide smooth, accurate focusing, while adjustable friction ensures safe use by students.
Illumination is provided by a long‑life 1W LED light source with brightness control, paired with a height‑adjustable Abbe condenser (NA 1.25) featuring an iris diaphragm and filter holder. The microscope operates via an internal 85–230V power supply, eliminating the need for batteries and ensuring consistent performance.
The integrated digital camera connects to a computer and is supplied with Image Focus capture and analysis software, compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10 (32‑ and 64‑bit). This allows live viewing, image capture, measurement, and annotation, supporting both teaching and student investigation.
The Euromex EcoBlue Digital Microscope is ideal for KS3, GCSE, and A‑Level biology lessons, enabling both individual microscope work and whole‑class teaching through digital display. The combination of optical quality and digital imaging supports a wide range of curriculum topics.
Reliable, versatile, and classroom‑friendly, the Euromex EcoBlue Digital Microscope offers an excellent balance of performance, durability, and digital capability to enhance practical science teaching.
