Designed for precision and reliability, each chamber offers a temperature sensitivity of ±0.5 °C and uniformity of ±0.5 °C, ensuring consistent results across all samples. The unit uses dependable thermostatic temperature control across a wide operating range of ambient +5 °C to 100 °C. While capable of reaching 100 °C, the baths are not intended for continuous boiling. For temperatures above 60 °C, the use of a lid or polypropylene spheres is recommended to minimise evaporation and improve thermal efficiency.

Each chamber is supplied with a stainless steel perforated false base, promoting excellent water circulation and secure positioning of test tubes, reaction vessels, or sample containers. New lockable temperature dials help prevent accidental changes during experiments, making the unit particularly suitable for shared teaching laboratories and student use.
