Buffer Solution pH 4 & pH 7 is supplied as a convenient pack of 10 individual 20 ml sachets, designed for educational laboratory use. These standard buffer solutions are used for calibration and checking of pH meters and pH probes, as well as for demonstrating the concept of buffering in chemistry lessons.
The sachets contain accurately prepared buffer solutions at pH 4 and pH 7, representing acidic and neutral reference points. The single‑use sachet format ensures freshness, consistency, and ease of use while minimising contamination and waste in the classroom or preparation room.
With no UN number and no assigned CAS number, these buffer solutions are not classified as hazardous for transport when handled appropriately and in accordance with standard laboratory procedures.
Buffer Solution pH 4 & pH 7 sachets are well suited to KS3, GCSE, and A‑Level science lessons, particularly where students study acids, bases, pH measurement, and chemical equilibria. All use should be conducted under appropriate supervision and in line with school laboratory guidance.
Accurate, convenient, and curriculum‑relevant, Buffer Solution pH 4 & pH 7 – 20 ml Sachets (Pack of 10) are an essential laboratory consumable that supports reliable pH measurement while reinforcing correct calibration procedures and good laboratory practice.
