Hazard storage cabinets are specialised safety units designed to securely store hazardous materials such as chemicals, flammables, corrosives, and toxic substances. They are used in laboratories, factories, workshops, and medical environments to reduce the risk of spills, fires, and contamination while ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. These cabinets are built with durable, fire‑resistant materials and integrated ventilation systems that help contain fumes and maintain a controlled environment. Common examples include flammable liquid storage cabinets, acid and corrosive storage cabinets, pesticide storage cabinets, and toxic substance cabinets—each tailored to the specific risks of the materials they hold. By using hazard storage cabinets, organisations protect staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and minimise environmental hazards.
Our range of quality UK manufactured Hazard Storage Cabinets are manufactured in 20 gauge mild steel with welded seams. They are fitted with reinforced non combustible doors, with high melting point hinges, and lockable “L” handle with 2 point locking system (2 keys are supplied). All Cabinets have a 30 minute fire rating. They come with adjustable shelves which act as a spillage tray for minor spills and are adjustable in 25mm increments. The cabinets have an internal spillage sump built into the base of the unit which is not removable. The Cabinets are finished in a specialist red polyester powder coat and have warning signs on doors.
