Express (not timed) next day (exc weekends and bank holidays) delivery to UK Mainland addresses is £8.99 for orders received before 3pm (depending on availability).

No delivery surcharges for our Chemicals range for UK mainland delivery destinations. We will also deliver Hazardous Chemicals (i.e. those with UN numbers) to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and The Scilly Isles delivery destinations with FREE Dangerous Goods Notes provided.
We aim to despatch all items ordered within 24-48 hours, however, if some items are not in stock then these will be sent later when back in stock. You will not incur an additional delivery charge for this.
Some larger items may incur additional courier/delivery charges e.g. large capital items, Gratnell Frames/Trolleys etc. Any additional charges will be confirmed/agreed before dispatch.
Delivery will either be via Courier Service, Parcel Force or Royal Mail depending upon size, weight, value and delivery address of your order.

Our products are carefully packed using a variety of packaging materials to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.
If, in the unlikely event, your products do not reach you in a satisfactory condition then please contact us immediately.
Where we can, we will use recycled boxes.
Some items will be delivered direct from our supplier to you.
No hazardous chemical delivery surcharges for our chemicals range to Ireland delivery destinations. Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN’s) will also be supplied FREE of Charge.
Where the Customer collects the goods, or appoints its own carrier, freight forwarder or courier to collect the goods from Better Equipped Educational Supplies Ltd., risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon collection from our premises and/or once the goods have been loaded onto the Customer's or nominated carrier's vehicle.
Better Equipped Educational Supplies Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods occurring during transit after collection. Any claim for loss or damage must be made directly against the Customer's appointed carrier or freight forwarder.
This does not affect the Customer's rights in respect of goods that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or damaged as a result of inadequate packaging by Better Equipped Educational Supplies Ltd.
